The room was clean and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. the budget-friendly aspect was appealing, but unfortunately, roaches made their presence known, dampening my relaxation. the staff, led by Manager Niobie, was exceptional in handling multiple tasks with grace and professionalism. the location was convenient, with attractions like Hermann Park within reach for nature lovers. Despite some hiccups like a toilet flushing issue, the overall stay was pleasant. the hotel's amenities, including a fitness center and free WiFi, added value to the experience. Though the roach incident was a downside, the comfort of the room and the dedication of the staff at Woodspring Suites left a lasting impression.
